POSITION: Assistant Manager
LOCATION: Allergy Free Baking Company, Morrison, CO
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time
COMPENSATION: $18-24 per hour plus tips*
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a friendly, virtuous, energetic Assistant Manager to join our small team of about ten. As an Assistant Manager, you will spend ~50% of your time with assistant manager responsibilities and ~50% of your time with baker duties. This is a full-time (40 hours) position. This position is a mostly set schedule between the hours of 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Experience in a bakery or restaurant and in management is preferred, but a love of organization and baking is required. You must have good organizational and communication skills, and you should desire to facilitate a joyful environment of trust, cooperation, and teamwork.
This position will report to the Owner-Manager.
*Tips average around $3 per hour.
