Fiber Seal of Northern Ohio, A trusted provider of premium fabric and carpet protective treatments since 1982, is expanding its team to continue delivering exceptional services to our valued residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our family-like atmosphere in the following position:
Position: Service Manager
Hours: Full time Monday – Fridays Somewhat flexible (in office not remote)
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
· Manage and support a team of technicians, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
· Continue to implement service policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
· Handle client inquiries and problems to resolve promptly to ensure full satisfaction.
· Learn the technicians’ responsibilities and procedures to be willing to jump in to give assistance to help the technician and or clients to achieve the best possible results and service.
· Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
· Provide training and support for new staff, ensuring they follow all protocols and maintain high performance.
· Conduct quality control inspections and implement improvements as needed.
· Have regular scheduled meetings with office, Technical teams.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service of a service organization.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Willing to learn our industry standards, procedures, and best practices. (training Provided)
· Be proficient in Google based platforms.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
