Job Description = Sales Representative:

The primary focus of your position will be to promote and sell EPIC’s motivational shows, custom curriculum, and resources for schools, churches, and camps to achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets. You will build new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships through phone and email sales, attending conferences, and contacting prospects and clients on social media. You may also have opportunities for involvement in marketing, operations, creative brainstorming, networking, or content development. Your position is not limited to these duties. There may be times that you are asked to assist with a task outside of your normal responsibilities when needed to help the team. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek to build long term relationships with new clients to close new business and strengthen existing client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Perform some client support and client follow-up duties
  • Make outbound calls, prospect on social media, send texts and emails to clients to close sales
  • Manage conference booths (TX & national) to market and promote EPIC’s services (7-10 per year)
  • Respond to inbound requests quickly, gather info, and send quotes in a timely manner 
  • Learn and implement EPIC’s business systems and processes  
  • Collaborate with ops team on elements such as event calendar management, info gathering, or other aspects of event production 
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings
  • Update weekly scorecard, sales sheet, progress on quarterly goals, and keep detailed records in CRM

Job Requirements/Preferences: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear communicator about the Gospel and knowledge of the Bible 
  • Enthusiastic and Professional disposition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, highly relational 
  • Past sales or customer service experience not required, but is a bonus
  • Ability to use personal experience to create client connections, good storyteller
